Gas
- Appropriate licensing as required by law
- Continuous operation at least 16 hours per day, 7 days a week
- Vehicle services shall include unleaded fuel, oil, and water
- Free restroom facilities
- Telephone available for public use
- Complimentary drinking water
- Maximum distance of service: 2 miles urban and 15 miles non-urban
Food
- Appropriate licensing as required by law
- Continuous operation to serve a minimum of 11 consecutive hours between 7:00 am and 12:00 am,
6 days per week (may participate subject to available space if hours not met)
- Indoor seating capacity for at least 16 people and/or drive-thru or drive-in service
- Telephone available for public use
- Free restroom facilities
- Maximum distance of service: 2 miles urban and 15 miles non-urban
Lodging
- Appropriate licensing as required by law
- Rental available 7 days per week
- Units with private entrance for each unit accommodating at least two people per unit
- Adequate parking
