Gas

  • Appropriate licensing as required by law
  • Continuous operation at least 16 hours per day, 7 days a week
  • Vehicle services shall include unleaded fuel, oil, and water
  • Free restroom facilities
  • Telephone available for public use
  • Complimentary drinking water
  • Maximum distance of service: 2 miles urban and 15 miles non-urban

Food

  • Appropriate licensing as required by law
  • Continuous operation to serve a minimum of 11 consecutive hours between 7:00 am and 12:00 am, 6 days per week (may participate subject to available space if hours not met)
  • Indoor seating capacity for at least 16 people and/or drive-thru or drive-in service
  • Telephone available for public use
  • Free restroom facilities
  • Maximum distance of service: 2 miles urban and 15 miles non-urban

Lodging

  • Appropriate licensing as required by law
  • Rental available 7 days per week
  • Units with private entrance for each unit accommodating at least two people per unit
